I want to do my mbbs in abroad on scholarship basis and details of bank loan is there any chance so can you please tell me that can how can i do it in countries except China?

Most of the top institutes or medical schools of foreign countries do not offer MBBS degree course to the overseas students. However, they offer MD course. Other institutes usually take admission through agents/representative bodies/consultant bodies or through entrance exams. Most of the foreign medical universities have tie-ups with consultant bodies in India and takes admission through them. However, some of them also have their own representative body and you need to contact them to get admission in the concerned institute. Other institutes take admission on the basis of score in entrance exams- MCAT and English Proficiency test (IELTS or TOEFL).

You can definitely get education loan from bank. After getting admission confirmation from a recognized institute, you need to contact the branch of the bank near your residence. You can get education loan upto 20 lakhs for study abroad.
