Yes, it is possible to pursue Pharma D. in foreign countries and to become a licensed pharmacist. You need to appear in the entrance exams based on which they take admission and give licence. Apart from this, you need to appear and score well in the English proficiency test like IELTS/ TOEFL. The entrance exam varies from country to country so you need to check this out for the country in which you are interested to pursue the course. For example, for US universities you need to appear FPGEE and NAPLEX. Then you need to apply online as per your scores in the entrance exams along with resume and statement of purpose. On getting shortlisted, you need to apply for visa.
