Well actually i'm doing now b.e. (it) in india so i've to do m.s. in abroad so just tell me that which country is good for it ?

You can pursue MS course in any country in which you are interested. Almost all the foreign countries universities offers high qualify of education, so, there will be no problem even if you choose any foreign university. Most of the students pursue MS course in countries like US, Germany, Australia, London, etc. in which they are interested. So, I suggest you to select any country where you wish to pursue MS course depending upon financial conditions.
