I want to know that is ukraine pg approved by ministry of health and family welfare in india and also by MCI

No, post graduation in foreign countries is not directly approved by MCI or Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Any course which is completed in foreign countries need to be validated and authenticated in India through screening exam if you want to seek license to practice in India. After completion of your PG in Ukraine , of you come back to India and want to practice here, you will need to clear the screening test of MCI .
