I want to study abroad and research on diseases like diabetes,cancer etc.what should I do after completing 12th class

After completion of Class 12 you must appear for the SAT and TOEFL Examination.
You must prepare for both the Examinations to get a good score.
Once you have cleared the Examination you must opt for the course of Medicine.
You can choose the course and also the University which you will be allotted on the basis of the marks in the Entrance Examination.
So prepare for these two Examinations and you stand a very good chance of getting admission to a good University where you can study regarding the various diseases.
