The degree from a deemed university which has a collaboration with Oxford University will not be valid unless -

- The university is recognized by UGC.
- For full time technical courses, it should be recognized by AICTE.
- For full time medical courses, it should be recognized by MCI.
- For distance learning courses, it should be recognized by DEC.
