Education and Career Forum

Hello Everyone,
I am currently doing my B.A. in Psychology. I would love to pursue a career in Industrial and Organisational Psychology. But I am really confused whether I should invest in going Abroad and getting a Master's degree from there or to study here and work there? As per my research Indian Job market doesn't really consider the international degree and if I can't work here it doesn't make sense if I spend so much money on education in Abroad. Please help me!
