Who controls and manages IELTS in India?


I just want to know that in India, who controls IELTS? I am planning to appear IELTS, but I know nothing about this exam. Can I know who controls and manages IELTS?

In India, IELTS is administrated and managed by British Council India and IDP. You can take IELTS examination from British Council or IDP of your own interest. IELTS examination takes your English language proficiency skills in different sections like Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking. After taking the test, your examination result will be declared within 13 days.
