The world of internet is called as cyberspace and the laws taking care of this area are known as cyber laws and all areas of this space come under the ambit of cyber laws. Nature of work of cyber lawyers:
Cyber lawyers will be responsible for cracking down cyber crimes pertaining to protection of digital signature for safeguarding electronic records, encryption codes, business transactions, etc… credit card frauds, hacking, etc… these professionals will have to deal with cases pertaining to intellectual property laws/copyrights, net banking, software patents, etc…

i had already completed my LLB degree,,and pursuing LLM in intellectual property law…i want to worked under any government cyber crime department?? how can i proceed?? and for that which exam may i attempt??
