Bachelor of Science in Information Technology is the undergraduate degree offered by many universities in India. Qualification Criteria for Higher Studies after B.Sc IT

Those graduates who have successfully finished their graduation in B.Sc information technology can apply for the advanced studies in the same.     I am a Bsc.IT student(Mumbai University) waiting for my semester 6 exam result. My exam was not good and i feel that i will get a KT in this semester. I have given my MAH-MCA-CET entrance exam.
    My question is : Should i go for MCA or Msc.IT or Msc.CS ? If i get a KT it will take 4 years for me for doing MCA (3 yr of mca + 1 KT yr) and 3 years for Msc.IT (2+1).
    So which one will be better?
    I want to be a programmer.( Java, .NET etc.)
