Eligibility Criteria

For the admittance to the Indian School of Mines M.Sc. Tech course in Applied Geo Physics, one should have completed their 3-years B.Sc. Degree with Physics as Honors / Major / Main / Equivalent  subject with Mathematics as  a  subsidiary  subject and another subsidiary subject from Chemistry, Geology, Geography, Electronics, Statistics and Computer Science.

How to Apply?

The application form along with information brochure of ISM M.Sc. Tech course in Applied Geo Physics entrance exam can be obtained from the ISM sale counter in the office of the Deputy Registrar (Academic & Student Welfare) by fee payment of Rs. 1300/- (Rs.650/- for SC / ST / PD candidates). The same can also be obtained through post for which DD of Rs.1,350/- (Rs.700/- for SC/ST/PD candidates) drawn in favour of the Registrar, I.S.M., Dhanbad payable at Dhanbad along with a self addressed unstamped envelope of A4 size should be sent to Deputy Registrar (Academic & Student Welfare), ISM. The application form is also available in the official website of ISM. The completed application form in all respect has to be sent to Deputy Registrar (Academic & Student Welfare), Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad-826004, Jharkhand on or before the last date.

How to fill the Form?

The candidates are advised to read the information bulletin before filling. The exact details need to be furnished. The course chosen and subject of examination have to be filled very carefully without committing any errors. One has to also make sure that the application form along with the required enclosures reaches the destination on or before the due date.
