The KPSC examinations are amongst the most renowned and prestigious examinations of the country. These examinations are state level examinations held in the state of Karnataka For recruitment of government administrators to serve the people. The subject management is one of the subjects that are preferred by many because of the logical type questions and highly conceptual paper.

Paper Description:

The paper of management (PAPER I) in KPSC examination deals with the study of various management techniques that can be implemented to manage people and the various utility services meant for the normal people. The subject deals with the study of normal aptitude which one should have in order to be eligible for the management of things. Apart from that, cause of various problems in the society, and proper way of managing it is also considered to be one of the prominent parts of the subject.

Frequently asked questions:

Few questions are asked repeatedly over years. Amongst them, question on conflict and proper measures of sorting it out is asked frequently. Logical and aptitude questions are also asked frequently every year.

Paper pattern:

The KPSC management Paper I papers have questions written in both language; English as well as Kannada. However, the answer should be written in the language which the candidates have mentioned in their admit cards. The paper has all together 8 questions in it. Candidates are asked to answer any 5 out of these given 8 questions. Every question in the paper is of 60 marks.

Total marks and time allotted:

The total time given to the candidates for answering 5 questions in the paper of 300 marks is 3 hours.
