1.weather entrance examinations are requiered for admission outside kerala?

sir, i am in 12 and i have p.c.m with computer sci. . i wanna get into govt institute for aeronautical eng. but my consent is about the entrance as i have not joined any institute for preparation of the entrance and i passionately wanna follow aeronautical engineering .I WAANA DO SOMETHING FOR MY INDIA .
