    sir, i complete my education +2 in year near about1995-97 with 45% {near about & may be more than 45% ].now can i apply on line Bachelor’s degree of a recognized university at Amritsar,Punjab with at least one of the subjects namely:
    Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Science, Botany, Chemistry,
    Geology,Mathematics, Physics, Statistics and Zoology
    or a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Forestry or in Engineering
