MAHER 2012 Medical
Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education Research is a Deemed university and conduct an examination for admission to medical courses called the Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education Research Test, MAHER Test. The institute is recognized as one of the top most medical institutes in Tamil Nadu and hence a large number of aspirants are taking this exam on the priority basis. The eligible candidates of the common entrance examination will get admission into the undergraduate programs in medicine like MBBS, BDS, BSc. (Nursing) and B.P.T.
Structure of MAHER Test
The examination is of multiple choice objective modes with different options. The duration of the paper is two hours and the questions are asked from the subject areas of Physics, Chemistry and Biology with preference being given to Biology (Zoology and Botany).

Eligibility Criteria
For applying for the MBBS/BDS course the candidate must pass the plus two examinations with minimum 50% marks in science stream. The candidates must study Physics, chemistry and biology in their higher secondary level from the recognized board. The eligible category will get the needed consideration in the minimum mark requirement as per the Government notifications. For the Nursing and BPT candidates, they have to score minimum 45% marks in the board examination with English and PCB in the higher secondary program.
The candidates should be an Indian with minimum age 17 and the final year students can also appear for the examination.
How to Apply?
The candidates can get the application form in different ways. One can directly purchase the form from the MAHER, Chennai with the cash payment Rs.1000. The nursing and BPT aspirants need to buy another form costing Rs.500/-. The candidates can also obtain the form through post by sending a requisition letter. They have to attach a self addressed envelop and a demand draft of Rs.1,100/- which is payable at Chennai. The candidates are also given an option to download the form from the official website.
How to fill the Form?
The candidates can fill the form as per the details given in the information booklet. They are asked to read the information given in the brochure and follow the same while filing the form. They have to enter the data in capital letters with pen or pencil. The information entered should be acurate and do not over write on the application form. Any mistakes in the form can lead to the rejection of application form. You must paste the recent passport size photo on the suggested columns and put down the signature where ever necessary. Make sure that you fill all the desired columns and send the completely filled form to the given address with the needed attachments.

Score Validity
The validity of the score is until the admission process in the institute under the Academy Higher Education Research gets over, until the seats are filled.

they send us the hall tickets also till that extent university takes intrest they give a very easy question paper also exam will be conducted thats it… UNIVERSITY DOES NOT TAKE ANY INTREST IN PUBLISHING RESULT NOR ANY DETAILS OF COUNSELLING ..
