At present, Mahila P.G. Mahavidhyalaya is an established name for women education in the city of Jodphur and the institution came into existence in the year 1987 on the 2nd of October. Every year nearly 2000 future researchers, scientists, visionaries and scholars shape their personality and future from this institution. It is offering education to women students in the faculty of arts, commerce and science with affiliation from the Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur.

Eligibility requirements:

For Master of Commerce courses, candidates must have completed their graduation with not less than 45% of marks from a recognized university. For Bachelor of Commerce (pass and honors), candidates with senior secondary or equivalent qualification from a recognized board of education with not less than 45% of marks are eligible to apply.  For BBA course, the eligibility requirement is that candidates should have passed their senior secondary or equivalent qualification with not less than 50% of marks from a recognized institution. For M. Sc courses, candidates must have completed their graduation from a recognized university and for B. Sc biotechnology course, candidates must have completed their 10+2 with biology subject and for normal B. Sc course and BCA course, candidates with senior secondary qualification from a recognized board of education with not less than 48% of marks are eligible to apply.

Admission Procedure:

Admission of students to the different courses offered by the Mahila P.G. Mahavidhyalaya is done based on the merit secured by the candidates in the qualification examination. Admission forms can be obtained from the office of the college in the month of June every year and students with qualifying marks can apply in prescribed format along with the following documents:

• Caste certificate for candidates belonging to OBC/ST/SC category

• Migration certificate for candidates from any other board of education other than Rajasthan Board

• Copy of 10th mark sheet for age proof

• Transfer certificate and Character certificate from the previous institution

• Original mark sheet with two photocopies of class 12 examination
