Company profile: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is a reputed and one of the leading telecom companies. It provides services like telephony, 3G, broadband, VoIP services, IN services etc. It is a reliable company and is serving millions and millions of customers.  

Job profile: The management trainees will be required to work in namely two departments which are finance and operations. The MTs will be responsible for handling the financial matters and accounts and they will also required to keep a track of operations being done and their need in the company.

Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 30 years. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: For MTs in Operations – A candidate must have a first class B.E/B/TECH in telecommunications/electronics/computers/IT/electrical plus 2 years MBA. For MTs in Finance – A candidate must be a CA/ICWS/CS. For internal candidates 4 years of minimum experience is necessary.

No. of posts: There are 300 posts in total which include 250 posts for operations and 50 for finance.

Pay scale: The MTs will be given a pay scale of Rs24900-50500 plus other allowances as per the rules.

Selection process: The candidates will have to appear for a written test followed by a group discussion and an interview.

How to apply: The candidates are required to apply as per the format given on the website. The candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs1500 (only for general and OBC candidates) in the form of a DD drawn in the favor of Senior Accounts Officer/Accounts Officer payable at respective stations (available on website). The candidates are required to send two photographs, medical certificate, two unstamped envelopes and the DD along with the application. All the applications must be sent at the address of each state given in the advertisement and website.
