The main intention behind the introduction of Rajasthan Rural Livelihood Project as the name implies is to improve the livelihood of the people of the state of Rajasthan with main focus on the improvement of standard of living of women by introducing several intiative like District Poverty Initiative Project.

Recruitment for Rajasthan Rural Livelihood Project:

Applications are invited for the positions of Manager for the M & E and Finance departments for the World Bank Assisted Project District Project Initiatives Project (DPIP-II) under the control of Rajasthan Gramin Ajivika Vikash Parishad for selection of candidates for the District Project Management Unit

Name of the Vacancies: Manager M & E and Finance

Number of Vacancies: Total number of vacancies is 34, divided among the two positions as follows:

• Manager (M & E) - 17

• Manager (Finance) - 17

Eligibility requirements:

Educational qualification and experience:

Manager (M & E): For this position, candidates must have completed their PG degree with not less than 50% of marks in MSW/MBA/RD/Statistics/demography or Post Graduate Diploma in DIM and they should possess at least three years of post qualification experience in appropriate field and candidates must be presently drawing a grade pay of Rs.4200, 4800 and 5400.

Manager (Finance): To apply for this position, it is essential that candidates must possess total work experience of three years in Finance inclusive of two years in similar kind of externally aided projects. They must be currently drawing a grade pay of Rs.4200, 4800 or 5400.

Age: The upper age limit to apply for the position both positions is 50 years as on the 01st of January 2012.

• All Officers of Government of Rajasthan and Public Sector companies, corporations, Nigam, Board, Co-operative Sangh, etc… of Government of Rajasthan.

Mode of selection:

Selection of candidates for the position both the positions would be on the basis of interview by the constituted selection committee. However, the powers to accept or reject a selection are reserved with the state Mission Director.
