MAT score is essential for getting admission to the Post Graduate Diploma in Management/equivalent course offered by All India Management Institutions/any other management institutions who participate in the examination. Pattern of MAT examination:
Candidate can choose any one of the two options to take the test:
Paper Pencil Test – Offline Test
or
Computer Based Test – Online Test

*Paper 2: Mathematical Skills
*Paper 3: Data Analysis
*Paper 4: Intelligence & Critical Reasoning
*Paper 5: Indian & Global Environment Section

Time: 150 minutes
Eligibility for MAT examination:
The minimum eligibility criterion to appear to the MAT examination is that candidates must be graduates in any discipline from an approved institution. Even candidates in the final year of their degree course can apply for the MAT examination. Normally, some minimum percentage of marks must have been secured by the candidates in the graduation level and this differs from one university to another.
Candidates should check and download the “Admit Card” having the Roll No and Test Centre details for the test from AIMA website - http://www.aima-ind.org/matcentre.asp 7 days prior to the date of test. After three weeks of the completion of the MAT examination, candidates will be able to view their scores from the website of AIMA at http://www.aima-ind.org. Management Aptitude Test is generally held 4 times in a year in January, May, September and December. MAT is conducted by Centre for Management Services, which is a specialized division of AIMA (All India Management Association). MAT is conducted in all major cities in the country and in leading cities abroad.
