Admission to MBA (full time) course is done on the basis of CAT score, communication test, personal interview and academic performance. Selection to MBA (part time) is done on the basis of written test (conducted by the Institute of Management, Ahmedabad) and personal interview.

Admission Procedure for Master of Business Administration (Full Time)

Candidates having completed three year bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply. The qualification must be obtained with a minimum of 50% marks. Those appearing for final year of degree are also eligible. Selection of eligible candidates is done after evaluating their performance in the following areas.

• Common Admission Test
• Personal Interview
• Written Communication Test
• Academic Performance

Interested candidates with adequate qualification should attend CAT conducted by Indian Institute of Management (IIM). Candidates short listed on the basis of CAT will be entitled to attend personal interview and written communication test (test to measure the communication skill of the candidate). Final selection is done on the basis of CAT, personal interview, communication test and marks obtained in X, XII and graduation.

Admission Procedure for Master of Business Administration (Part Time)

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University is the basic qualification required. Such candidates should have a minimum of two year work experience at managerial level. Admissions are done on the basis of written test and interview. The written test conducted by the Institute of Management, Ahmedabad comprises of the following sections.

• Quantitative Skills
• Verbal Skills
• Logical Data Interpretation
• Social/General Awareness

There will be 30 questions from each section and total time allotted for the test is 2 hours. Candidates who can qualify this objective model entrance test should undergo a personal interview session. 70% marks is awarded for written test and 30% for interview.

Admission Procedure for Master of Business Administration (Family Business & Entrepreneurship)

Candidates need to submit a certificate regarding his or her contribution to family business or that proving candidate’s adjoin to business after completion of the program .The certificate must be produced from his/her parents/ parent in-laws.

Selection process includes written test, group discussion and personnel interview. Pattern of written test is same as that of MBA (part time). Here, 70% marks is awarded for written test, 20% for GD and 30% for interview.
