National Diary Research Institute is an institute that conducts courses in the field of Diary Research. This institute offers Ph.D programmes in about 12 disciplines. The Ph.D programme consists of course work for the first two semesters. It is then followed by research for thesis. Structure of National Dairy Research Institute Ph.D in Dairy Engineering Entrance Exam

The entrance examination of Ph.D in Diary Engineering consists of a single paper. The time allotted for the examination is two hours for total of 200 marks. The question paper comprises of Short answer questions, Objective type questions and True/False. In order to get qualified for this examination the candidate has to secure a minimum of 100 marks. Those candidates who fail to meet this minimum criterion are not eligible for the admission into the Ph.D dairy engineering course.

The students can purchase the application form and the information booklet for the National Dairy Research Institute Ph.D in Dairy Engineering through post. The request of the application form has to be sent to the Registrar, National Dairy Research Institute, Karnal-132001 (Haryana) along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 1200/-. It must be sent in favour of the “ICAR UNIT, NDRI, KARNAL”. The candidate has to clearly specify the name, full address, phone number and E mail-id in the application form. The application forms can also be procured from the counters of National Diary Research Institute by paying an amount of Rs 1200/-.
