Bank profile: Haryana Gramin Bank is one of the regional rural banks focusing on under privileged people in Haryana. It works for the economic development of the state and its people and has done wonders. It has got good reputation and co-operative staff. It provides its customers with excellent schemes and facilities and very competitive interest rates in the market.
Job profile: The officers will be on a probation period of 2 years. They will be required to handle and execute the bank’s departmental activities. They will be required to prepare regular reports and focus on building customer relations and improving the bank reputation.
Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 26 years. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the rules.
Educational Qualifications: A candidate must be a graduate from a recognized university or an institution. A candidate must be proficient in Hindi and must have the knowledge of computers (MS DOS, Word, Excel, Networking etc.). A candidate having a professional degree like engineering, MBA etc. will be given the preference.
No. of posts: There are 60 posts in total which include 5 posts for SC, 9 for ST, 16 for OBC and 30 for GEN candidates.
Pay scale: The officers (scale I) will be given a pay scale of Rs10000-18240 plus other allowances as per the rules.
Selection process: The candidates have to appear for a written (which will be objective type) followed by an interview.
How to apply: The candidates are required to apply as per the format given on the website. The candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs250 (Rs50 for SC/ST) in the form of a DD drawn in the favor of Haryana Gramin Bank Recruitment Project, 2009 payable at Rohtak.
