Eligibility: The candidates must be Indian nationals.

Education required:
For Professor: The candidates must have a Ph.D. degree with first class marks at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level in the appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology with a 10 years experience in Teaching/ Industry/ Research out of which 5 years must be at the level of Assistant Professor and/or equivalent.
For Lecturers: The candidates should have a first class Master’s Degree in an appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology OR First Class Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology with minimum of 75 percentile in GATE exam.

No. of posts: The no. of professors required are 9 which are divided in the departments as follows - Chemical Engineering –01 (UR), Electronics & Comm. Engineering – 02, Mechanical Engineering-01, Industrial & Production Engineering – 01, Computer Sc. Engineering-02, Information Technology Engineering- 01, Mechanical Engineering-01 and Civil Engg-01.

The no. of lecturers required are 31 in total that are distributed in various departments as follows - Chemical Engineering - 03, Chemistry-01, Computer Science Engineering - 05, Electronics & Communication - 03, Industrial & Production Engineering- 04,
Information Technology -05, Mathematics-01 (UR), Mechanical Engineering - 04, Physics-01 and Civil Engineering – 04

Pay scale: The pay band offered is Rs15600-39000 + a grade pay of Rs6000.

Selection procedure: The candidates will be short listed on the basis their bio – data and the short listed candidates will be called for the interview.
