Guru Nanak Dev University came into existence on November 24, 1969. This residential and affiliating University includes 37 academic departments, two regional centers, two colleges, several administrative offices, and support service departments. Pay Scale – Director - Rs. 37400 - 67000+ AGP of RS. 10000, Professors - Rs. 37400 - 67000+ AGP of RS. 10000, Visiting Professors – Fixed salary of Rs. 20000 per month.

Eligibility:

Age Criteria – The upper age limit is 65 years (Relaxable as per rules) for all the three posts.
