Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences was established in the year 1961 as a laboratory of the Defence Research and Development Organisation. Mr. Rajendra Prashad Tripathi is the Director of the institute. The institute is located at New Delhi and the operating agency of the institute is DRDO. Job Profile:

Institute of Nuclear Medicine and Allied Sciences is inviting applications from young and dynamic Indian nationals for the positions of Research Associate, Senior Research Fellow and Junior Research Fellow. The posts of Research Associate are available in the disciplines of Pharma/ Toxicology, NMR and Zoology/ Biotechnology. Total number of vacancies may vary as per the requirment of the institute.

1. Recruitment of Research Associate (Pharma/Toxicology or NMR or Zoology/ Biotechnology):
Posts Available: Only 3 posts are available.
Age Limit: Candidates should have age not more than 35 years.
Educational Qulaification: Ph.D. in Pharma/Toxicology or NMR or Zoology/ Biotechnology with minimum 60% marks in aggregate, is required as minimum educational qualification. For the posts of Research Associate (NMR), candidates with M.D. Radiology are also eligible.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 24000 per month alongwith 30% HRA.

2. Recruitment of Senior Research Fellows:
Posts Available: Only 1 post is available.
Age Limit: Candidates should have age not more than 32 years.
Educational Qulaification: MBBS degree or B.Tech or M.Tech in Biomedical Engineering with experience in Image Processing, is required as the minimum educational qualification for this post.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 18000 per month alongwith 30% HRA.

3. Recruitment of Junior Research Fellows (Neuro Cognitive Sciences/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering/ Bio Medical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering/ Bio Electronics Engineering):

Age Limit: Candidates should have age not more than 28 years.
Educational Qulaification: Candidates must have first class Master’s degree in the concerned discipline from a recognized university, for being eligible for this post.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 16000 per month alongwith 30% HRA.

4. Recruitment of Junior Research Fellows (Biotechnology/ Zoology/ Microbiology):

Age Limit: Candidates should have age not more than 28 years.
Educational Qulaification: Candidates must have first class Master’s degree in the concerned discipline from a recognized university, for being eligible for this post.
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary of Rs. 16000 per month alongwith 30% HRA.
