Job Profile: The role of sales manager is to manage the Bank Branches through regular Branch visits. He should carry out marketing activities like Display/ Demo/ Helpdesk activities. He should generate auto loan leads through managed portfolio RM’s/ non-managed portfolio RM’s.

He should manage set of BDR and ensuring there productivity level. He should cross sell the products like FD, Motor Insurance, and Life Insurance. He should ensure the branch to achieve monthly targets on time.

Educational Qualifications: The applicant must possess at least a B.A, B.Com, M.A, and M.Com. He should be Master in Business Administration/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Marketing or equivalent. He must have good communications skills. The applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in the related field of sales is required for this position. Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent would be preferred.
