Graduation in commerce is itself sufficient to make a shinning career. There are many good opportunities waiting for a commerce graduate but it depends on you and your choices completely.

As per me is concern the best courses after B.Com. to make a good career is MBA.
And to do MBA you have to give an entrance exam.
To get admission to reputed college for MBA ,
you have to qualify in CAT or MAT or SNAP etc. exam and
then after you have to do well in GD & PI exam conducted by the college.
It will be better if you join a coaching classes like T.I.M.E or IMS for MBA as they provide study materials and easy tricks to solve the paper .Don't go for wrong answers as their is negative marking for each wrong answers.

one side you have to do software related work, where as in other side you have to look in the manegerial work.

but to do MBA minimum graduation qualification is require.

It all depends upon your interest ,you have various courses like M.com,M.B.A and various other courses.

Meanwhile you can even attend for UPSC exams,Banking service as clerks,jounalism...etc.

But i suggest you to prefer M.B.A which even makes you making money soon compared to the other courses.So its better you attempt for the CAT exam

But please complete the course in a B.school or the IIM's.

Now as you have completed your graduation in commerce,you have options to choose from.It is good that you want to go for some higher studies.
Choosing the course should mainly depend on your interest.There are number of options like CA,ICWA,ACS.They all are professional courses and the demand for professionals from these field are always in good numbers.SAP can also be an option,it is in good demand nowadays.
If interested you can choose MBA in finance.
Some of the other courses are like CS,B.Ed(teaching options will open up alot),Mcom etc..

You can even try for some of the government exams like UPSC,Banks exams and more.

i think both are very good as of now.
