Centre for Wind Energy Technology was established in the year 1998. It is an autonomous R&D centre under the ministry of new and renewable energy. It provides services and solutions in the field of wind energy through research work. It works with namely 5 units that are its R&D unit, wind resource assessment unit, testing unit, standards and certification unit and information, training and commercial service unit.
Job Profile:
Candidates are invited to apply for the posts of Scientist ‘D’ and Scientist ‘B’ in Centre For Wind Energy Technology.
Eligibility:
Candidates should not be more than 56 years of age for the post of Scientist ‘D’ while maximum age limit set for the post of Scientist ‘B’ is 35 years.
Educational Qualification:
Candidates are required to have done Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with atleast 60% marks in aggregate from any recognized university for both the specified posts.
