Sir i am going to complete my 12th class and my aim is to become a scientist of physics and iam also like to do diploma in electronics and communicaion. So how can i become a scientist? By CLINT JOSE

Diploma qualification will be considered only equivalent to 12th qualification and career opportunities thereafter will be less. Now you have completed 12th and wish to become Physicist. At the same time you also want to do diploma in electronics and communcations. I fail to understand this. If you want to become Physicist then keep your focus on education related to it. Diploma in Electronics and Communications is of no use to a physicist. Below I am explaining the entire procedure.


1. You need to take admission for B.Sc in Physics.

2. After completing B.Sc you will have to do M.Sc. If you wanna pursue M.Sc from reputed universities like IIT then I would suggest that you start preparing for JAM entrance exam as you complete B.Sc.

3. The next step would be M.Sc in Physics.

4. After completing M.Sc you will have to pursue PhD.

5. Once you have completed Phd in relative area you will become physicist.

i am from a very poor family. earning is meagre-2000 to 3 month. But i have not given up.i passed out with good
percentage-90% in 10th bord and working hard for 12.

i am nishant . i want to say to all that scientist is not any degree that can be done by anyone. there is degree to become physicist and you can become by doing phd. but scientist is the person who is working on some topic or have discover something.in starting some friends has asked what we have to do to become scientist iit or some other field . all people think that iit is the best college i agree with that but it is not important that students in iit will become scientist in future and i also agree that they will be on higher post but not important that they are best, all grat personality has not done iit or any thing but they have interest in it and have that aptitude to do smthing . it is very less to know that any person that have done iit have got any big prize.so at last i am not telling that don't do preparation for iit it is good field to become scientist but it is not the only way to achieve that. just study best and enjoy the life...............................Thank You!!

hai, You want to be scientist in physics. Now you are going to complete you 12th class.
You have two ways:-
1.Do degree with B.Sc with physics
2.Do B.Tech which contains your's interested topic.
follows 1 then
After completing you B.Sc you have to study M.Sc in well developed universities like IITs or NITS. After completing that you have to do PHD in physics.Then you will become scientist
follow 2 then
After completing your B.Tech you have to study M.Tech in IIT or NIT .After that you have to do PHD in corresponding subjects then you become scientist
