Eligibility for admission:

Diploma in Pharmacy: For seeking admission to the Diploma in Pharmacy course offered by the college, candidates must have completed any of the following examination with mathematics/biology, chemistry and physics subjects:

• Pre-degree examination

• 10+2 in science stream

• Intermediate examination in science stream

• Any other examination as approved by the PCI as equivalent to the above-mentioned three examinations

Bachelor of Pharmacy: For seeking admission to the Bachelor of Pharmacy course, candidates must have completed their two-year Pre-University examination from the PUC Board of Karnataka or any other equivalent examination with not less than 50% of marks in PCB or PCM subjects (40% for SC/ST candidates). Even candidates who have completed their final Diploma in Pharmacy examination conducted by an institution approved by PCI with not less than 60% of marks in the first and final year are eligible to apply to the B. Pharm course.

Master of Pharmacy: Candidates, who have completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy from RGUHS or any other recognized university with not less than 55% of aggregate marks in all four years put together are eligible to seek admission to the Master of Pharmacy course.

How to apply to the college:

Candidates can get the prospectus and application form from the college officer on payment of Rs.300 in cash or application form can also be obtained through post by paying the application fee of Rs.350 in the form of DD drawn in favor of ‘the principal, Sree Siddaganga College of Pharmacy, B.H. Road, Tumkur – 57212. Completely filled in application must be submitted to the office of the college before the last date prescribed by the college. Once the applications are submitted by the students, the college will send interview letters to selected students and they will have to appear along with their parents/guardian on the date of interview specified by the college for admission.
