Step I: Applying for the M.Tech entrance exam

The first step is to apply for the various entrance exams. GATE score is accepted in most institutes. However certain universities like Calicut University, GGSIPU conduct their own entrance exams for admitting students for M.Tech course. Step II: Applying to Institutes

On receiving the entrance exam score the candidates will need to apply to the various institutes. In case the entrance exam is conducted by the institute itself then there is no need to apply separately to the institute.
