BEML Limited is also known as Bharat Earth Movers Limited. The company was founded in the year of 1964 under Government of India. The company is best known as Public Sector Undertaking. The company is a famous manufacturing company which mainly delas in the manufacturing of rail coaches and the other spare parts. The other fields in which the company deals includes the manufacturing of mining & construction equipment, aerospace, dredger and defence equipments. There are total 9 manufacturing units of the comapnt at present. All the nine manufacturing units are spreaded over different locations.
Job Profile:
Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited is looking forward to recruit eligible Indian Nationals on the following vacantposition of Sub Inspector Grade-III. The vacancies are available in the disciplines or field of Security and Fire. Selected candidates will be recruited in the two units of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited located at Tiruchirapalli and Thirumayam. The number of vacancies are tentative and may increase or decrease depending on the requirement of the company.
Eligibility:
Candidates must have age less than the prescribed maximum age limit set for the post i.e. 32 years as on 1 November 2011. Candidates should be born on or after 1 November 1979. Relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit will be provided to the candidates under SC/ST candidates. Other backward category candidates will get relaxation of 3 years in the maximum age limit. Ex-Serviceman will also get few years of relaxation as well in the upper age limit.
Educational Qualification:
Sub Inspector Grade-III (Secuirty): Candidates must have done full time Graduation from a recognized institute or university. Besides this, candidates should also possess minimum three years experience in the defence forces or territorial army or police or public sector undertaking etc.
Sub Inspector Grade-III (Fire): Candidates must have done full time Graduation from a recognized institute or university. Besides this, candidates should also possess minimum three years experience in the Fire fighting forces or State Fire Services or Central Police Organisations etc.

Sub Inspector Grade-III (Security): Total 173 posts are available. (Tiruchirapalli-144 and Thirumayam-29)
Sub Inspector Grade-III (Fire): Total 63 posts are available. (Tiruchirapalli-56 and Thirumayam-7)

Posts for ST category candidates: 2 posts are available.
Posts for OBC category candidates: 63 posts are available.
Posts for Ex-Serviceman candidates: 34 posts are available.
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be given the consolidated amount of salary i.e. Rs. 11700-23000 month.

A non refundable amount of application fee i.e. Rs. 125 is need to be paid by the General and OBC candidates. candidates belonging to SC/ST categories are exempted from paying the application fee. The fee must be paid in any branches of State bank of India.
