Summer Internship for B.Tech and MBA Graduates in HCL
HCL often invites applications for summer internships for B.Tech and MBA graduates. The organization provides industrial training in various areas such as SQL, Java, Advance Java, J2EE, Marketing and Human Resources. The duration of the training period ranges from 2 to 6 months. Candidates are required to apply online through the official website of HCL. Those who have successfully completed the internship programme will be awarded Certificate of Completion by HCL, which is very valuable in job market.
Summer Internship Programme for B.Tech Students
Candidates who are pursuing Bachelor of Technology courses can do their internship/ final year project in HCL. The training programme will provide industrial training, presentations, case studies, live project presentation and problem solving. This internship training is offered in various time duration and candidates can select the period most convenient to them. The training is offered in time durations such as 6 weeks, 90 Days and 120 Days, 45 Days, 60 Days and 6 months. Internship programme is offered along with a project on any of the following topics.

Candidates who wish to undergo training in the above said topics should apply as soon as the notification is released as there are only limited seats. Candidates will be selected on their academic performance. Selected candidates will be sent to HCL Career Development Centre for internship. The organization is in tie up with reputed firms such as JAVA, MICROSOFT, RED HAT and ORACLE so as to provide higher level training in the IT field. Those who have successfully completed this project training will be awarded Certificate of Completion by HCL.
Summer Internship Programme for MBA Graduates
MBA graduates can apply for internship programmes in HCL. The firm offers internship programme in the areas of Human Resources as well as Marketing. During the training programme, candidates will have to do social media research for the sales strategy team of HCL. The duration of internship programme is 2 months. Candidates are required to have excellent communication skill, good research and analysis skill as well as good business knowledge.
Application Procedure for Summer Internship in HCL
Candidates are required to apply online through the official website of the organization. They should mention any of the names of employees working in HCL as reference while filling up the application form. Apart from this, candidates should submit details about their education as well as area of interest along with a good resume. Eligible candidates will be short listed as per their academic records. The organization charges no fees either for application process or for internship programme.
