Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Limited (BHAVINI) was established under the Government of India. The company comes under the adminsitrative control of the Department of Atomic Energy. The company was established on October 22, 2003. The company was initially established as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1956. The major objective of the company is constructing and commissioning the first 500 MWe Fast Breeder Reactor(FBR) at Kalpakkam in Tamilnadu.

Job Profile:

The posts of Technical Officer/ C are available in the disciplines of Mechanical Engineering or Electronics Engineering & Instrumentation or Health Physics, Chemical Engineering or Physics or Chemistry.

Eligibility:

Candidates are required to be a Citizen of India as this is the first eligibility condition need to be fulfilled. Candidates, who are not citizen of India, are advised to not apply in Bharatiya Nabhikiya Vidyut Nigam Limited. Besides this, candidates should also strictly follow the age criteria as specified below.

The maximum age limit set for the post of Technical Officer is 30 years i.e. candidates should have age less than 30 years.

However, there is relaxation for reserved categories candidates (Scheuled Caste/ Scheuled Tribes/ Other Backward Classes etc) in the maximum age limit as per the rules of Government of India.

Educational Qualification:

Interested candidates must possess B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering or Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Candidates possessing M.Sc. degree in Physics or Chemistry with minimum 60% marks in aggregate are also eligible to apply for the post.

Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be given the prescribed salary or Rs. 15600-39100 with a Grade Pay of Rs. 5400.

Selection Process:

Selection of eligible candidates will be made through the conduct of a Written Examination followed by a Personal Interview Test with the Selection COmmittee.
