WeP Peripherals Ltd was founded in the year 2000. The company is the largest employee owned company. It specializes in providing IT peripheral solutions, products and printing services. During the last five years the company has grown much to be not only printing service provider but also a company dealing in diversified products like UPS, Ethernet LAN switches, MODEMS, Interface Cards, Wireless LAN, Network Print servers, Structured Cabling Systems etc.

The selection process of the company includes a visual paper. It consists of two stages.

The first round is programming analysis. There are four questions in this round. The timings are all different for each of the questions. Program 1 has 4 to 10 minutes, programs 2 is of 2 to 20 minutes, program 3 is also given the same time as program2 and program 4 is of 1 to 10 minutes. Each program has a paragraph with about five questions.

The second round is English. The number of questions is 30 and time allotted is also 30 minutes. The questions cover topics like suitable sentences, verbal reasoning and reading comprehension. All the sections carry 10 marks each.

Preparations from any good book on aptitude and reasoning will suffice for the second round.
