Wipro Placement Preparation Tips and Placement Process
WIPRO is the 3rd biggest IT firm in India. Its corporate office is located at Bangalore. The placement process of the WIPRO is quite tough and has several levels of tests as well as interview processes. These procedures are practiced by the WIPRO so that they can find out candidates.
Wipro Placement Test
The WIPRO paper will have duration of 60 minutes. The paper will include questions on quantitative aptitude, basic grammar, computer related concepts and logical reasoning. The questions will be of the objective type. Candidates need to be prepared in basic mathematics as well as in fundamental concepts of computer like C, C++ and UNIX etc. The candidates can sometimes questions on code snippets or debug errors. Because of this, a good knowledge on all levels will help them a lot.

Candidates who have passed the first round will then have to be present for a Technical interview. A HR interview will follow this. The technical interview will be highly specialized and will cover more or less all subjects the candidates have done in their program. The questions will chiefly be asked depending on the field of specialization of the candidate. The questions asked in the HR interview will be of the general nature. In most of the cases, the questions will be asked about the company or about the views of the candidate.

The written test is the most important part a candidate has to face. The test will generally be easy as the questions will be asked on topics the candidates have already studied. The candidates can purchase different aptitude test books and prepare themselves by solving the questions in it. The best thing the candidates can do is to collect sample papers from different sources. Practicing on sample papers will do them a lot of good. The candidates will be more confident at the time of the written exam. Another option available for the students is to download the sample papers from the internet. Many popular websites will have free eBooks that contains question papers with its answers.

If the candidates clear the written test, the next thing they have to do is to pass the interview. To do so, it is required for the candidates to prepare themselves in advance. They will have to face many technical related questions. At the time of the interview, the candidates must make sure that they answer with confidence. Faltering when a question is asked is never a good thing. In case the candidate is given a chance to ask anything about the company, he/she must ask questions that will let the judging panel know about their interest to join that particular firm.
The candidates will then have to attend the HR interview. The candidates might be asked about their hobbies, what prompted them to join that particular firm, and a series of other questions. Smartness is always required for interview. One should never be prompted for an answer. In case the candidates does not know the answer to a question, they should let the panel know about that.
