DeShaw Recruitment Process

To get into this company there are mainly two stages. The two stages are the Written Test and the Personal Interview.

Written Test

The number of questions in the test is around forty and one can score a maximum of one hundred marks in the test. The test lasts for around forty minutes. It basically consists of two sections which are an Aptitude Test and a C language Test. In the Aptitude there are twenty questions of two marks each and in C language Test there are twenty questions of three marks each. The C language has all multiple choice questions. Both the tests last for twenty minutes. If there is a negative marking they will mention it.

Personal Interview

In Personal Interview Round there are two interviews, one is Technical Interview and other is HR Interview. In technical interview students are asked some basic questions from their subjects and in HR interview they are asked questions on strength and weakness, hobbies, extracurricular activities etc.

The candidates need to be well prepared for both written test as well as personal interview. One should prepare for every possible question in their syllabus to clear both the rounds. In the interview, questions are basically asked on C. Thus one needs to have a strong hold on the fundamentals of C to get through the interview.
