You can try for M.Tech in ECE itself. VLSI, Embedded Systems, etc are some other demanding subject areas. Communications engineering is another suitable area of specialization. Specialization areas like Digital Electronics and Power electronics can be selected for studies. Applied Electronics, Electronics and Telecommunication, etc can also be opted.
