Candidates who aspire to do any post graduate course in this institution should qualify the NIMHANS PG Entrance Exam. Aspirants can obtain the exam forms in person from the office or receive it through post. They can also download it from the official website of NIMHANS. Instructions to be followed while filling NIMHANS PG Entrance Exam forms

Applicants should be very cautious while filling the NIMHANS PG Entrance Exam form. Any error made by the applicants can lead to the rejection of the form. Every relevant columns of the form should be filled correctly by the applicants. They should use the appropriate pen or pencil specified in the brochure. They should use capital letters while entering their name into the form. Details of the DD taken to pay the application fee should be entered without mistakes. Candidates should provide their recent photographs and signature at necessary places. After completing the form, candidate should ensure all the information given in the form is genuine. All documents specified in the brochure should be attached with the form before sending it to the concerned authority within stipulated date.

Fee structure of NIMHANS PG Entrance Exam

General candidates should pay Rs.1000 for the NIMHANS PG Entrance Exam form. SC/ST candidates need to pay only Rs.750 for the same. Application fee should be paid through Demand Draft taken in the name of the Director, NIMHANS.

Last date for receipt of NIMHANS PG Entrance Exam applications

Applicants should submit their form before Mid Week of April. Forms received after this date will be rejected by the concerned authority.

Acknowledgement of NIMHANS PG Entrance Exam application form

After submitting the forms, candidates need to make sure whether their forms are accepted or not. The concerned authority will send the acknowledgement of the form to the candidates through e-mail. This can be done only if the candidates have already provided their e-mail id while filling the form. Candidates should check their mail daily if there is any acknowledgement received from the authority. If they do not receive any acknowledgement within thirty days, then they can assume there are some issues related with the form. They should then contact the authority and inform them about this matter along with the application number. After obtaining the application number, the authority will check the issues related with that form. They will then inform the candidates about the further procedures to be taken to attend the exam.
