Job profile: The managers will be required to manage and supervise various activities of their respective departments. They will be responsible for production control and managing employees under them. They will also be responsible for planning and design activities and handling of essential affairs.

Educational Qualifications:

For Senior Manager/Manager (Production) – A candidate must be a B.E/B.TECH (Mechanical) or D.M.E/Diploma NIFFT with a minimum experience of 8 years in open die forging, raw material planning and procurement, working knowledge of SAP, Windows etc.

For Manager/Deputy Manager (Heat Treatment) – A candidate must be a B.E (Mechanical or Metallurgy) or D.M.E or Diploma in Metallurgy with a minimum experience of 7 years in heat treatment, heat treatment planning and production control and working knowledge of computers etc.

For Managers/Deputy Manager (Engineering) – A candidate must be a B.E (Mechanical) or D.M.E with a minimum of 7 years experience in tool designing, open die forging technology, CAD-CAM, Job technology card preparation and costing & estimation.
