Job profile: The AEs will be required for inspection and monitoring various electrification works, feeder renovation programs, electrical safety audits, preparing inspection and detailed project reports.

Eligibility: A candidate must not exceed the age of 30 years. However, relaxation can be claimed as per the rules.

Educational Qualifications: A candidate must be a B.E/B.TECH in electrical engineering or power engineering or a candidate must be B.Sc (Engineering) or AMIE in electrical discipline from a recognized university with 1st Division.

No. of posts: There are 10 posts in total. These posts include 7 posts for UR, 2 for OBC (non creamy layer) and 1 for SC.

Pay scale: The assistant engineers will be given a fixed pay of Rs30000 per month in the first year, Rs32500 in the second year and Rs35000 in the third year.

Selection process: The candidates will be short listed on the basis of their qualifications and the short listed candidates will be called for an interview. The candidates will also have to undergo a medical test for final selection.
