Job profile: The manager’s main role would be to monitoring sales team’s performance and their business target achievements and develop, update and manage the MIS for the branch. He would also be required to develop training procedures for the sales agents and keep them updated with the current market positions. The manager would also be responsible for monitoring client’s portfolio performance by conducting profitability analysis on regular basis monthly.

Qualifications: The candidate must be a Graduate or Post Graduate in Business Administration and should be a NCFM certified with a minimum experience of 2 to 5 years in dealing with High Net worth Clients. The candidate applying for the post of branch manager is required to have strong analytical as well as managerial skills.

Experience: 3 to 8 years of relevant experience

Pay Scale: Rupees 5, 75, 000 to 8, 00, 000 plus Reimbursements and Incentives
