Dear friend,

Yes, of course you can appear for IIT-JEE Exam even if you are studying from NIOS Board.

NIOS Board is recognized Board from the Government so you can appear through NIOS.

However, now IIT-JEE exam has been renamed as JEE Advanced Exam.

And for appearing JEE Advanced Exam, you will have to qualify JEE Mains Exam first.

Recently, JEE Mains Exam was conducted on 7 April (Offline) and upcoming JEE Advanced Exam will be conducted on 2 June 2013.

Note that for appearing in JEE Advanced Exam, there is one more condition i.e. Top 20% Percentile.

You must be in Top 20% Percentile of your Board to appear in JEE Advanced Exam.

NO!! There is no problem , NIOS is also eligible for all AIEEE,IIT ,BITSAT,NIT ,IIIT & ALL COMPITATIVE EXAMS !!

nios student are eligible for cbse board certificate or it is a seperate board. any problem in taking engg or medical competative exam or admission in delhi unversity or other collge for degree course

Sir, I give the exam of nios sr. secondary science in two steps. My subjects are Bengali, English,Math,Chemistry, Physics and Evs. At first I gave 3 subjects i.e bengali, english and chemistry in april-may exam in 2015. Result is published and I have passed in 3 subjects successfully. Now I am going to give my exam in another 3 subjects i.e Math, Physics and Evs. in octobor 2015. Does it creates any difficulties when I show my result anywhere with respect to those have give exams in one session? Please give me answer sir.

The value of result is same for who give the exam of nios in two session with selected subjects and those who give exam at one sessaion?
