Re: How to get admission in MBA?
Graduates are eligible to join MBA course. Admission to the course is offered on the basis of entrance exams like CAT, MAT, etc. Minimum 50% marks in graduation are required to attend the exam. Candidates are admitted to various colleges based on central counseling process. In certain cases, college itself conducts entrance test for selection.

Re: How to get admission in MBA?
Dear..
MBA stands for Master of business administration and it is a course which is now a days very much popular among student because the amount of job opportunities available with MBA is tremendous. You can see that many students are going for the course looking at the package that colleges are offering in the placements after completion of the course. Now let me first tell you about the admission procedure. All graduates having more then 50% marks are eligible for the course. There are few entrance exam like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, IBSAT & NMAT are there for admission. CAT is the main exam and if you get selected through CAT in IIM's then you can even get a salary package of more then a crore rupees. All the entrance exam are usually conducted in the month of october to march. You have to ensure that you score good marks otherwise you will not be able to get good college as competition is higher and candidates are also increasing. Okay now please understand that all the exams are of objective nature and negative marking is also there. Once you clear any of the exam then you will be called for an interview and a GD round in that particular college where you want to take admission and after that you can start studying. Tips:- Improve communication Improve GK Develop Personality Improve your vocabulary. Read journals and magazines over business Keep an eye over latest business happenings. Hope it will help Cheers...!!! |

Re: How to get admission in MBA?
Master of Business Administration or MBA is a 2 years long post graduation course. If you have completed graduation then you can apply for the MBA course. However to do so you will have to appear for the entrance exams.
There are plenty of entrance exams for the Master of Business Administration course. Here is the list: CAT MAT GMAT IBSAT NMAT XAT IRMA IIFT SNAP You can appear for any of these entrance exams. However if you want admission in best MBA college in India then appear for Common Admission Test (CAT). Clearing this exam would give you admission in the Indian Insitute of Management (IIM). Eligibility 1. A graduation degree in any stream. 2. Minimum of 50 percent marks in graduation. 3. SC/ST candidates need 45 percent marks. If you don't meet the percentage requirement for CAT then I would recommend appearing the Management Aptitude Test. The next MAT exam will take place in December. You can apply for it. You only need graduation degree to appear for it. There is no percentage requirement for MAT. If you want admission in foreign universities then GMAT is the exam for you. It can offer you admission in various foreign universities. |

Re: How to get admission in MBA?
Hey pal,
For getting admission into a MBA course, you need to clear an entrance exam. It can be CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc. The choice is totally left to you. CAT and MAT are meant for most of the collages in the country, whereas SNAP is for Symbiosis and XAT is for XLRI. Once you clear the written test, you'll be called by the collages for group discussions and personal interview. If you clear all the 3 rounds, then you get admitted in the collage. Best wishes.. |
