Procedure to get passing certificate of 10th and 12th to collect graduation certificate?

I completed my 10th and 12th in Punjab then I came to Mumbai. I completed my graduation here from Mumbai university but when my result came out there is written that ''your result is held in reserve due to provisional'' they want my passing certificate of 10th and 12th but I don't have any passing certificate. I have only my mark sheet certificate, character certificate and leaving certificate that's it. My school did not give me any passing certificate. But now I need my passing certificate it's very necessary. If I don't submit my passing certificate then I will not get my graduate degree please help me.

Your passing certificate is nothing but the marks sheet which is issued by the respective education board. You can submit your 10th and 12th standard marks sheet to get your graduation certificate. If you need any other certificates related to your 10th and 12th standard, you can directly contact the school where you have pursued your 10th and 12th standard.

You need to contact the board cell of which you completed the 10th and 12th exam.

>> Visit the board home page i.e for ICSE board visit www.cise.org
>> Now in contact us section you can note down the phone number and mail id.
>> Mail your problem and attach the mark sheet and also mention the roll number/Index number.
>> You will get a reference number of your complain which can be traced by calling at board contact number.

Yes, you must have to submit your passing certificate to the college as it is mandatory to submit 12th passing certificate to get admission in bachelor degree.

So, if you are not provided the passing certificate by the school then you must visit the school and ask for it.

In some of the board ( CBSE ---10th ) there is no passing certificate as the required details of passing certificate is available on marksheet.
