Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences is an autonomous institute under Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi. The institute is considered as the first liver and liliary hospital of India. The institute was established under the Societies Act. The one of the prime mission of the institute is to become a dedicated international centre of excellence fr the diagnosis, management and advance training and research in the field of liver and biliary diseases. The institute works on its aim of providing a healthy work environment to its faculty and staff.

Job Profile:

Eligible Indian Nationals are invited to apply for the following vacant faculty and non faculty positions of Professor, Additional Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Senior Consultant and Intructor in Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences. All the vacancies will be filled in on cotract basis only for a limited period of time.

1. Recruitment of Professor (Radiology/ Interventional Radiology):
No. of posts: Only 2 posts are available.
Age limit: Candidates are required to have less than the prescribed maximum age limit i.e. 66 years.
Pay Scale: Candidates will be provided the remuneration of Rs. 135930 per month.

2. Recruitment of Additional Professor (Hepatology/ Radiology/ Anaesthesia):
No. of posts: Only 3 posts are available.
Age limit: Candidates are required to have less than the prescribed maximum age limit i.e. 55 years.
Pay Scale: Candidates will be provided the remuneration of Rs. 121900 per month.

3. Recruitment of Associate Professor (Hepatology/ Liver Transplant Surgery/ Radiology/ Interventional Radiology):
No. of posts: Only 4 posts are available.
Age limit: Candidates are required to have less than the prescribed maximum age limit i.e. 55 years.
Pay Scale: Candidates will be provided the remuneration of Rs. 112930 per month.

Posts of Assistant Professor are available in the disciplines of Neurology, Nephrology, Oncology, Hepatology, Clinical Hematology, Genetics, Critical or Intensive Care Medicine, Biochemistry and Radiology.

4. Recruitment of Assistant Professor:
No. of posts: Only 13 posts are available.
Age limit: Candidates are required to have less than the prescribed maximum age limit i.e. 50 years.
Pay Scale: Candidates will be provided the remuneration of Rs. 106030 per month.

5. Recruitment of Senior Consultant (Radiology):
No. of posts: Only 1 post is available.
Age limit: Candidates are required to have less than the prescribed maximum age limit i.e. 66 years.
Pay Scale: Candidates will be provided the remuneration of Rs. 156400 per month.

6. Recruitment of Instructor (Research):
No. of posts: Only 1 post is available.
Age limit: Candidates are required to have less than the prescribed maximum age limit i.e. 45 years.
Pay Scale: Candidates will be provided the remuneration of Rs. 58305 per month.

Application Fee:

An non refundable application fee of Rs. 500 is need to be submitted by Generla and OBC candidates. SC/ST candidates are required to submit only Rs. 100 as application fee. The application fee is to be paid through a Bank Draft or through online payment mode. Name of the post applied for and post code number are need to be written on the backside of the bank draft.
