PhD in Food Technology and Bio-Chemical Engineering
The course covers detailed study of several bio-chemical unit processes and the different manners through which these are achieved. The course also relates to the designing as well as construction of these unit processes that specifically involve different kinds of Biological based micro-organism in different state, one of which include the bio-reactor. The course also covers in the study of food technology along with several preservatives and other types of Bio-Chemical based processes. Eligibility:
The candidates that are interested in undertaking the course have to attain an under graduate as well as post graduate level degree in the engineering discipline that should be belonging to the same stream or from Bio-Technology stream.
