The French Paper of Tami Nadu Matriculation Board is a 100 mark paper. The time duration for the same is two and half hours. This paper has both objective as well as subjective type questions. The type of questions in the paper involves choosing the right alternative, reading comprehension, essay writing, completing the given phrases and translating text to English. It also involves reading comprehension questions and make sentences. All the questions carry different marks. There are seven questions in all. All the questions are compulsory. There is no negative marking on the paper.

You need to answer all questions on a separate answer sheet. The paper is mainly aimed at assessing the comprehension, reading and language skills of the student. The essays also help assess the writing and creative skills. It is important to be able to form short correct sentences than incorrect long and vocabulary laden sentences. Make sure to organize your answers well in order to earn the best score. Additional preparation is required as it is a language paper and therefore not completely scoring. However, a good complete paper will award you the maximum marks possible.
