The ESI Corporation implemented its Scheme initially at Kanpur and Delhi on 24th February 1952. The main objectives of the ESI Corporation is to offer certain benefits to Employees in case of sickness, maternity and employment injury and to make compensations for related matters.

Pay Scale: Rs. 5200 - 20200 + Grade Pay of Rs. 2400
Eligibility:
Age criteria – The lower age limit for all the openings is 18 years and upper age limit is 27 years.
Educational Qualification and experience – The candidates must have passed in higher secondary or 12th Standard or equivalent. They must have a speed of 80 words per minute in stenography in English/ Hindi. They must have the working knowledge of computer (Office Suites and database).
Selection Process:
The selection process consists of examination which comprises Written Test, Stenography Test, and Computer Test.
