What Makes You Eligible For Admission?

To get admitted into TNOU to pursue this course you must have your higher secondary done and if not for other BPP passed students there is a minimum age criterion of 18 years. The discipline at the higher secondary level is not a matter to ponder over. The medium of teaching can be either English or Tamil depending on the choice of the candidate.

How Long Will It Take To Complete The Course?

What Will You Be Learning?

First Year

The first year students are required to study the following subjects: Tamil (Language), English (Language), Principles of Management, Business Organisation, Financial and Management Accounting and Business Maths and Statistics.

Second Year

The curriculum for the second year of the course includes Business Communication, Managerial Economics, Quantitative Methods, Financial Management, Marketing Management and Environmental Studies.

Final Year

After qualifying the second year, the successful students enter the final year of their course where they are required to master the following subjects: Production Management, Personnel Management, Business Law, Business Environment, Marketing Research and Fundamentals of Computers.
